Liddington Hill

Although it is now better for birding with the nights drawing out, it also means that the garden needs sorting. So that was my job for the afternoon. Plenty of birdsong with a couple of Dunnock and a Wren particularly vocal. Also the local flock of House Sparrows were fairly noisy. I managed an hour on Liddington Hill with the dog but it was fairly quiet with  three Buzzard, a Kestrel, a couple of Yellowhammer and a Fieldfare the only birds of note. However with a full days birding planned for tomorrow I am not complaining.
